At the same time, when reading the palindromes of the Heart Sutra, you can also burn incense and worship Buddha and Bodhisattva to thank them for their kindness. If you want to have deeper merits, you can let your children read the Heart Sutra with you. Only with sincerity can the Bodhisattva make a promise.

Turning back is a very important practice in Buddhism. First of all, we must understand how to look back when reading the Heart Sutra. Looking back is like holding a candle to light more candles, so that not only the light itself will not decrease, but other candles will be brighter. Therefore, the more rewards, the more merits.

Introduction to Heart Meridian

The Maha Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra, referred to as the Heart Sutra, is written in Sanskrit. Referred to as Prajna Heart Sutra or Heart Sutra, there is only one volume with 260 words. It belongs to a section in the 600 volumes of Dapin Prajna Sutra, and is considered as the summary of Prajna Sutra. There have been seven Chinese versions of this sutra, among which the Maha Prajna Daming Mantra Sutra translated by Kumarajiva in the late Qin Dynasty and the Prajna Heart Sutra translated by Xuanzang in the Tang Dynasty are the most famous.

The relic is Sharifutsu, which is abbreviated as Sharifutsu (Mihura, Sharifutsu) in Sanskrit. One of the top ten disciples of Sakyamuni Buddha is called "wisdom first" because he keeps precepts, listens more, is quick to learn and is good at understanding Buddhism. His name is called here because the Prajna method is the vacuum mystery of Mahayana, the deepest and highest, which is not enjoyed by people with great wisdom. Sharifutsu is a symbol of wisdom, so the Buddha called him here to announce that Prajna Paramita practices more, and only people with deep wisdom can enter.
