All candidates are requested to understand and strictly implement the epidemic prevention measures and requirements of the exam.
Special reminder: In view of the current epidemic situation, it is uncertain whether the exam can be held as scheduled. First, the preparation for epidemic prevention before the exam
(1) Report your personal itinerary before the exam. Please use WeChat to scan the QR code below to log in to the filing system as soon as possible, and truthfully fill in my current residence, living history outside the province and other information. If your itinerary changes after registration, please fill in your information in the registration system in time.
(2) In order to ensure a smooth reference, candidates are requested not to arrange business trips and travel for seven days before the exam, and not to leave Tai 'an unless necessary, so as to reduce party activities, strengthen personal health monitoring, consciously measure their body temperature every day, and fill in the Candidate Health Monitoring Form (see Annex 1 for details) to ensure their health during the exam.
(3) Handle the "Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" in advance.
(four) according to the provisions of the preparation of a corresponding number of negative nucleic acid detection certificate (paper version). The paper version of the negative certificate of nucleic acid test (the original, copy or screenshot of the test report printed with "Shandong Electronic Health Code" showing the nucleic acid test results with complete personal information) must be submitted to the invigilator when entering the examination room. If you can't provide the negative certificate required for nucleic acid detection, you may not take the exam.
Five candidates with special circumstances (see "three. Please fill in the relevant information accurately in the filing system and report it to the society.
(6) Anyone who enters (returns to) the territory from outside the city should report to the destination community (village), unit or hotel three days in advance through the "report after entering Thailand" program, and can come to Thailand only after the community (village) agrees. Do personal protection according to relevant requirements when returning, reduce the risk of infection, and carry negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours. After coming to Thailand, we must strictly implement the "landing inspection", "three inspections in five days" and "three noes in five days". Do not participate in gathering activities, take public transport and enter public places for five days, and take various measures such as isolation and nucleic acid detection according to the requirements of the community (village).
(7) Epidemic prevention requirements. For those who have a history of living in high-risk areas within 7 days, take 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation; For those who have lived in a moderately dangerous area for 7 days, they were observed in isolation at home for 7 days. Do not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, take centralized isolation medical observation. For epidemic areas where there is a certain range of community transmission or large-scale community control measures have been implemented, corresponding measures shall be taken for the influx of people from counties (cities, districts) where epidemic areas occur in recent 7 days according to the input risk judgment results of epidemic areas, with reference to the requirements for personnel prevention and control in medium-risk areas.
Second, the examinee management requirements
(a) candidates who have no residence history outside the province within 7 days before the test, and candidates who have no residence history in areas with high local epidemic incidence and counties (cities, districts) must take the test with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test.
(2) Candidates who return to Shandong to take the regional examination for normalization of epidemic prevention and control in other provinces must provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before departure, and complete relevant prevention and control measures in accordance with the latest local epidemic prevention and control policies and requirements after arriving in Tai 'an. Only after holding negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before entry into Shandong or providing negative proof of nucleic acid detection twice at intervals of more than 24 hours (of which 1 time is within 48 hours before entry) can they take the examination.
(3) Candidates from high-risk areas, after completing measures such as home isolation medical observation or centralized isolation medical observation as required, take the test of negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the test; Candidates in other low-risk areas in counties (cities, districts and banners) where high-risk areas are located shall take the test with negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the test after completing epidemic prevention measures as required; Areas with medium and high risk areas that have not yet been announced but have social epidemics within 7 days shall refer to the medium and high risk areas.
The above candidates should report to Tai 'an Personnel Testing Center and the community where the test is located in advance, and take the test as required on the basis of implementing various epidemic prevention and control measures according to community requirements, and pay attention to personal protection on the way. The middle and high risk areas and the counties (cities, districts) where the middle and high risk areas are located (including references) shall be subject to the latest public health tips on recent epidemic prevention and control in Shandong Province published by the the State Council client and the official WeChat account of Shandong CDC.
(4) To cure the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons discharged from hospital, the health examination report within 7 days before the physical examination should be held. Those with normal physical examination, lung imaging showed that the lung lesions were completely absorbed, and two nucleic acid tests every 24 hours (of which 1 time was 48 hours before the exam) were negative and they could take the exam.
(5) Candidates who fall into the following circumstances must take the test in an isolated examination room within 7 days before the test with a negative nucleic acid test certificate with an interval of more than 24 hours, of which 1 time is a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the test:
1. Sub-close contacts who are still in isolation observation period;
2. Persons who have lived in key epidemic areas such as medium risk and left the above areas for no more than 7 days;
3. An epidemic occurred in the candidate's residential community 10 days;
4. Those who have lived abroad for 7 days but less than 10 days.
(6) If there are symptoms such as fever and cough 7 days before the test, the diagnosis certificate issued by the medical institution and the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test shall be provided, and the test shall be conducted in the isolation examination room.
(seven) candidates who belong to the following circumstances are not allowed to take the exam:
1. Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts of monks during isolated observation;
2. Those who have symptoms such as fever and cough 7 days before the exam and have not recovered and have not ruled out infectious diseases and physical discomfort;
3. Persons who have lived in high-risk epidemic areas and left the above areas for no more than 7 days;
4. Living abroad and staying in China for no more than 7 days;
5. Failing to provide health certificates such as negative nucleic acid test certificates as required.
Third, the relevant requirements on the day of the exam
(1) Candidates whose body temperature is normal (no more than 37.3℃) after on-site testing can take the test only after carrying the admission ticket, a valid resident ID card, a negative certificate of nucleic acid testing that meets the specified requirements and quantity (paper version), scanning the on-site code of the test center and showing the green card of Shandong electronic health pass code and communication big data travel card. You are not allowed to enter without it.
(2) Due to the need of pre-test epidemic prevention inspection, candidates are requested to reserve sufficient admission time, and it is recommended to arrive at the test center at least 1 hour in advance, so as not to affect the test.
(3) Candidates should bring their own disposable medical masks or surgical masks when taking the exam. In addition to taking off the mask as required when accepting identity verification, you should always wear the mask when entering and leaving the test center and during the exam.
(4) During the examination, the invigilator will organize all candidates to sign the Health Commitment Letter for Candidates (provided by the test center, see Annex 2 for the style), and ask the candidates to know the contents of the Health Commitment Letter in advance and sign it truthfully as required.
