Legal basis: Administrative Measures for Staff Health Examination
Article 10 Medical and health institutions that meet the requirements of health examination shall submit a written application to the local food and drug supervision and administration department to undertake the task of health examination, which shall be determined by the food and drug supervision and administration department in accordance with the principles of reasonable layout, quality assurance and convenience for medical examination. The health inspection institution shall, within 10 working days after the health inspection results are issued, inform the unit where the health inspectors work and the local food and drug supervision and administration department in writing. To undertake the physical examination results of the staff health examination institutions, and the whole province can recognize each other within one year.
Fifteenth health inspection institutions are responsible for issuing health certificates. After the health examination results are delivered, a health certificate shall be issued within 5 working days without objection, and its validity period is one year. The style of health checklist and health certificate shall be uniformly stipulated by the provincial food and drug supervision and administration department.
