The files needed for retirement procedures are the employee files established by the unit after taking part in the work, including the reward and punishment records, length of service, attendance, technical grade certificates, etc. In addition, there are social security files, which record the various insurances paid by employees during their employment. According to these two files, the Social Security Bureau will check your working hours, length of service, social security payment base and payment period when you retire as the basis for calculating your pension.

The retirement age of state-owned enterprises is as follows:

1, male over 60 years of age, female over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years;

2, engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other harmful operations, men over 55 years of age, women over 45 years of age, continuous service for ten years;

3, men over 50 years of age, women over 45 years of age, continuous service for ten years, proved by the hospital, and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, completely lost the ability to work;

4. Disabled due to work, certified by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, completely incapacitated.

After retirement, the Social Security Bureau will store retirees in different places according to their different identities, such as retired employees of enterprises. After retirement, such employees need to go through the formalities of ending social security in the original enterprise, and then return their personal files to the original enterprise for continued custody. If it is a retiree from a public institution, the file will be stored in the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. If a retiree retires from a leadership position, the files shall be kept in the archives room of the corresponding organization department. When reaching retirement age, the files will be kept by the restoration archives.

Retirement inspection document inspection is:

1. Check the payment period.

For example, if you have been working before 1992, then the years before 1992 are all called deemed payment years, and this deemed payment years can only be identified through relevant records in valid personal files. Because there is no actual payment period of endowment insurance before 1992, it can only be determined according to the working years recorded in personal files.

2. Calculate the retirement age.
