The Health and Wellness Committee of Liaoning Province is a department of the provincial government, with the official department level and the brand of Liaoning Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
According to the Notice of the General Office of the Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of Liaoning Province, the Liaoning Provincial Health and Wellness Committee implements the principles, policies and decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee on health and wellness work, and adheres to and strengthens the centralized and unified leadership of the Party on health and wellness work in the process of performing its duties.
(a) to implement the national health policy, laws, regulations, policies and plans for the development of health and traditional Chinese medicine, formulate relevant policies and plans in Liaoning Province and organize their implementation, and draft relevant local regulations, standards and provincial government regulations. Make overall plans for the allocation of health resources and guide the preparation and implementation of regional health planning. Formulate and organize the implementation of policies and measures to promote the equalization, generalization and convenience of basic public health services and the extension of public resources to the grassroots.
