When she graduated from college, she was lucky enough to be officially hired by CCTV. After working in CCTV, the first program hosted by Ji Yuhua was the science and education channel Home. Taking "cultural relics" as the overall orientation, the program tells the vicissitudes of China's 5,000-year history and rich national culture. In the past two years, she has read nearly 130 books on history, art, architecture and culture, and interviewed nearly 150 experts successively. Since then, Ji Xianhua likes to be an open-minded student, or a dedicated listener, and talk face to face with these great scholars and thinkers all day.
At the beginning of 2004, Ji Yuhua began to host "Art Starry Sky", a program aimed at introducing domestic and foreign arts and artists. From different schools of classical painting to cutting-edge contemporary art, from sculpture and installation to multimedia audio and video, from foreign art classics to the development of China art history, the content of the program spans ancient and modern China and the West.
In Ji Yuhua's spare time, she will go to Houhai, located on the west side of Beijing, to find a quiet corner and enjoy the coolness of the lake and the lightness of the pigeon whistle.
