6. Candidates must strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state and the relevant provisions of the examination. According to the provisions of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), those who take the national examination instead of others or let others take the national examination instead of themselves shall be sentenced to criminal detention or public surveillance and shall also or only be fined. Candidates are strictly forbidden to bring all kinds of communication tools into the examination room. If there is, it must be placed in the designated position in the examination room immediately before the exam.
