Article 18 If a passenger requests to change the flight, date and class of accommodation after purchasing a ticket, the carrier and its sales agent shall actively handle it according to the actual possibility.
Article 19 When the flight is cancelled, advanced, delayed, the voyage is changed or the original seat cannot be provided, the carrier shall give priority to the passengers to take the subsequent flight or sign another carrier's flight.
