Six-year-old children are alone at home, how to better arrange their day?

The daily life of 6-year-old preschool children mainly includes study, proper labor, exercise, three meals, sleep and rest. How to arrange time reasonably is the key to children's learning efficiency and health. Therefore, before children enter primary school, the schedule of work and rest should start to coincide with the time of primary school attendance, so as to adapt to primary school life as soon as possible.

Key points of making timetable for 6-year-old children

Before making a timetable, parents should first know the daily school and school hours of the primary school where their children will go in the future, and then set the time for their children to sleep and get up according to this time point, so as to have at least nine hours of work and rest every day. Children in lower grades should get 10 to1hour of sleep every day, and it is more appropriate for primary school students in higher grades to get 9 to1hour of sleep. After finding out the rules of children's daily life, we began to design children's schedules. Once the children's schedule is made, parents' daily life, such as going to work, shopping, washing clothes and doing housework, should also be based on the children's schedule.

Seven o'clock in the morning: get up. Parents can wake up their children at the same time every morning for parent-child reading or morning exercises, so that 6-year-old children can gradually understand the time to get up every day. In the first few days, children may be unaccustomed and bored, but as long as they persist and repeat for 2-3 weeks, children will gradually get used to waking up at this time every day. As soon as the child wakes up, parents can let the child start activities according to the morning timetable designed by parents.

7: 30: Breakfast. Children should go to the toilet after getting up in the morning, dress themselves, and have breakfast with their parents after washing. Breakfast time will be a happy parent-child time for parents and children. Parents must try to do the same activities at the same time and in the same order every day.

9 am to 10: 30 am: outdoor activities. Outdoor activities include walking in the garden, reading in the library, playing ball games and visiting museums.

Morning 10: 30: snack time. If the breakfast time is 7: 30, it will be three hours in the morning 10: 30. Snacks should be provided to provide calories for children's activities.

Eleven o'clock in the morning: parent-child activities. Do some interesting and inspiring parent-child activities with children every day, such as hand-making, photography, pictures and so on. Have a wonderful parent-child time with your children. Full-time mothers can prepare some educational toys for their children. Give children some free time every day and let them play freely. This will not only allow children to develop their imagination and independence, but also allow full-time mothers to have a little free time to recharge themselves every day.

Noon 12: 30: fixed lunch time and nap time after meals. After lunch, find a quiet time and place to listen to music or read with your child, or let your child master the time by himself. If parents have already started their children's English enlightenment, they can use this time to listen to English nursery rhymes or nursery rhymes. Prepare children for their nap with music. In this way, children will learn to remember activities that occur repeatedly every day. Stay-at-home mothers can also take this time to have a rest.

6: 00 p.m.: Fixed dinner time. After dinner, children can help wash dishes, do housework as much as they can, watch TV and play games with their father.

8: 30 pm: bedtime activities. Preparation activities before going to bed can help children calm down and help to fix their sleep time at night. Let the children relate the work and rest time to bedtime activities, so that the children have the consciousness that it is time to go to bed. Before deciding on bedtime activities, parents should first think about what activities can calm their children down: taking a bath? Or listen to stories? Or listen to light music? Once the breakthrough point is found, parents can use it for daily repeated bedtime preparation activities. Parents can also ask and answer questions to help their children remember bedtime preparation activities. For example, what should we do after putting on our pajamas? What are you doing after brushing your teeth?

If children like it, parents can also tell their children how they spent the day before going to bed. Children can also tell their parents about their day's harvest. Doing so can not only increase the time and opportunities for parent-child communication, but also help improve children's memory, sense of time and language ability.
