After arriving in Shanghai, we conducted "7-day home isolation medical observation" and conducted COVID-19 nucleic acid detection with corresponding frequency. Do not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, take centralized isolation medical observation.
2.7. People who have lived in low-risk areas and returned to Shanghai should report to their village committees and units (or hotels) as soon as possible after arriving in Shanghai, and take corresponding control measures.

2.7 People who have lived in high-risk areas should report to their village committees and units (or hotels) as soon as possible after returning to Shanghai, and take corresponding control measures.
Hainan's policy of isolating people from Shanghai to return to Shanghai (implemented on August 9, 2022)
People from or passing through high and medium risk areas in Hainan Province and their counties (cities, districts) will not return to Shanghai for the time being.
People who take Shanghai as their destination and have a fixed residence in Shanghai and are recognized as low-risk by Hainan Province can return to Shanghai. After returning to Shanghai, "3 days of centralized isolation medical observation +4 days of home isolation medical observation" was implemented. During the centralized isolation medical observation, 1 nucleic acid was detected every day, and 1 nucleic acid was detected on the second and fourth days of home isolation medical observation respectively. The local community organized on-site sampling. Do not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, take centralized isolation medical observation.
After the same flight personnel arrive in Shanghai, in principle, centralized isolation medical observation will be carried out at the same place, and after that, home isolation medical observation will be carried out, and closed-loop transshipment will be strictly implemented throughout.

1. People who leave Shanghai in low-risk areas of Shanghai, that is, streets (towns) with medium and high-risk areas within their jurisdiction, must hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate+green code.

2. Shanghai's control measures for key groups such as immigrants are adjusted as follows (implemented on June 30):
1. For entry personnel, "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation +3 days of home health monitoring" shall be implemented. For the inbound destinations in the Yangtze River Delta, we will continue to implement closed-loop transshipment in the Yangtze River Delta.

3. Implement "7-day home isolation medical observation" for close contacts.

5. Implement "7-day home medical observation measures" for those who have lived in medium-risk areas within 7 days after arriving in Shanghai.
6. For those who have lived in low-risk areas within 7 days, complete nucleic acid detection twice within 3 days after arriving in Shanghai, and do a good job in health monitoring.
7. Relevant personnel shall conduct corresponding nucleic acid testing according to the relevant requirements of the state and Shanghai.

Note: According to the relevant requirements of the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism "novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)":
(1) Cases, places where asymptomatic infected people live, and areas with frequent activities and high risk of epidemic spread are classified as high-risk areas. From August 8, 2022, people who come to Shanghai and return to Shanghai with a history of Macao residence will be tested twice for nucleic acid within 3 days after arriving in Shanghai, and they are not allowed to gather, get together or go to crowded places within 7 days after arriving in Shanghai.
People who have lived in Macao should report to their village committees and units (or hotels) as soon as possible after returning to Shanghai and within 12 hours after arriving in Shanghai.
Subsequently, according to the epidemic situation and prevention and control requirements, the relevant prevention and control measures for people coming to Shanghai and returning to Shanghai and Macao were dynamically adjusted.
