The materials that need to be prepared in advance are: 400g of beef, the right amount of salt and the right amount of blending oil.
First, the first step is to clean the beef and slice it, as shown in the figure below.
Second, it takes five minutes to beat the steak with the back of a knife.
Third, then spread black pepper and salt on both sides of the steak, evenly spread it and marinate it for 2 hours.
Fourth, put oil in the pot and heat it to 200 degrees.
5. When the oil temperature reaches 200 degrees, add the steak and fry until golden brown.
6. Fry both sides until golden brown, and then put them on a plate, so that the fried steak is ready.
