1. Do not manufacture defective products.

This is the first thing that every field personnel should ensure. Only by not producing defective products can it be possible not to flow out and not to accept defective products.

2. No defective products will flow out.

As an operator, once a defective product is found, it is necessary to stop the machine (line) in time, cut off the defective product in the process, and complete the disposal and prevention measures in the process.

3. Do not accept defective products

Once the post-process personnel find defects, they will immediately stop (line) this process and notify the pre-process. The preprocessor needs to stop processing immediately, trace the reason and take countermeasures.
