The 6480 kW waste heat power generation system of the 4000-ton clinker production line in Ningguo Cement Plant belongs to the Sino-Japanese cooperative energy comprehensive utilization demonstration project, and it is the first set of pure low-temperature waste heat generator set in cement kiln in China. It was completed on199610 18 and put into operation on16 March 1998. The 9 100 kW waste heat power generation project with a daily output of 5,000 tons of clinker started on 28 October 2005. It is a waste heat power generation system independently designed, completed and built by Conch. It was completed and put into operation on July 29, 2006, and the construction was only nine months. Two sets of waste heat power generation systems can save more than 50,000 tons of raw coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 6.5438+0.2 million tons every year.

Since its establishment, the factory has attached great importance to landscaping, planting grass and trees, and protecting the environment, which has become a common practice.
