Investigation report is different from investigation report. An investigation report is to investigate something (such as a case, accident or disaster) and then write a report. Below, I collected and sorted out the Survey Report on College Students' Vision for you. Welcome to read and learn from!

In today's talented society, it is extremely important to have a healthy body. With the development of big cities, there are many high-rise buildings and streets crossing everywhere, and people have less and less opportunities to get close to nature. People are very busy and seldom stop to have a rest. As college students, we find a phenomenon that students' myopia is getting more and more serious. Many students wear glasses in class. In order to further understand the visual status of college students, we conducted a visual survey of college students.

Through the investigation of college students' eyesight, we realize the seriousness of college students' myopia. Communicate the harm of myopia to students through the investigation report, and let the students realize that they should protect their eyes better.

1. Literature research methods

(1) What is myopia?

We all know that the basic structure of the eye is composed of cornea, pupil, lens, retina and iris. Light is imaged on the retina through the lens, and then information is transmitted to the brain through the optic nerve, resulting in vision, so people can see objects clearly, which is the "working" principle of the eyes.

As shown in the picture, the candle forms an inverted and reduced real image on the retina.

Myopia is a kind of visual defect, which can be seen clearly, but not clearly. Myopia is due to the distance between the lens of eyeball and retina or the strong refractive power of lens, so that the image entering eyeball can not fall on retina correctly and fall in front of retina. (The picture shows the contrast between normal vision and myopia. )

Myopia requires wearing a concave lens: because the concave lens has a divergent effect on light, the light originally focused in front of the retina diverges and then gathers on the retina. As shown in the figure:

(2) The proportion of myopia and its causes.

In order to clearly understand the eyesight of college students, we found a lot of information from the internet, and all kinds of data in it surprised us. The latest results of students' eyesight monitoring in 24 provinces and cities in China show that the poor eyesight rate and myopia rate of more than 80 thousand students are 50.72% and 44.2% respectively. More than 70,000 senior high school students have poor eyesight rate of 50.72% and myopia rate of 65.2%. In other words, more than half of college students wear a pair of heavy' glasses' on their noses! To make matters worse, in recent years, some colleges and universities have demanded to improve the standard of physical examination for enrollment. Myopia students will be greatly restricted in the process of college admission. These restrictions mean that 84% of high school candidates and 68% of junior high school candidates are rejected by restricted majors every year.

So what are the reasons for the decline in eyesight of college students? There are many reasons, among which the environment is the main factor to form myopia. Excessive eye fatigue and unreasonable eye use make the adjustment function of many teenagers gradually decline and be destroyed. The common problem now is that students' desks and chairs are not standardized and are not configured according to grade and individual differences, which is not convenient for students to develop a good sitting posture. Poor lighting in the classroom is also easy to cause students' myopia. In addition, long-term exposure to fluorescent objects, such as televisions and computers, is also the cause of students' poor eyesight. Therefore, the poor learning environment has seriously affected students' health.

If you don't take an active part in physical exercise, you can't ignore your poor health. According to the information we searched online, the myopia rate of students in sports schools is obviously lower than that of ordinary colleges and universities, only one quarter. On the one hand, this is related to the light academic burden of physical education students, on the other hand, it is also related to physical education students' love of sports and good health. Girls in ordinary schools do not like sports more than boys, and there is also a phenomenon that girls' myopia rate is higher than boys'.

Secondly, unscientific eating habits can also lead to myopia. A large number of clinical data and animal experiments show that the formation of myopia is related to the lack of trace elements such as calcium and chromium. Sweet food is an acidic food. On the one hand, it consumes a lot of calcium in the body, on the other hand, it raises blood sugar and changes the osmotic pressure of the lens, which is another curse that leads to myopia.

2. Interview Gordon glasses and Volkswagen glasses.

Q: Who are most of the people who come to match myopia glasses?

A: There are the largest number of students, especially college students.

Q: What is the average secondary school education of students?

A: The first time was at 100-200 degrees.

Q: Is myopia getting deeper and deeper without glasses?

A: It depends on the guarantee. Some students are not really nearsighted, so long as they are well protected and prevented, there is generally no problem. But if myopia has exceeded 200 degrees, if you don't wear glasses, it will not only affect your study, but also deepen your myopia, which is very bad. In a word, it is very important to protect your eyes whether you are nearsighted or not.

Q: What causes myopia?

A: The reasons for college students' myopia are generally:

1, incorrect reading and writing posture;

2. Do not pay attention to the intensity of light when reading and writing;

3. The life and study system is not perfect;

4. Congenital factors.

Q: What is the basic knowledge of wearing glasses?

A: Do mydriatic optometry before glasses to confirm whether you are nearsighted; The glasses you wear should be glasses with the right degree, not too deep or too shallow; Pay attention to eye hygiene after wearing glasses to prevent deepening. Check your eyesight regularly. If you find that your eyesight is declining, you should get new glasses.

Q: Can you give some advice to college students for myopia?

Answer: use eye hygiene; If you have myopia, you need glasses; See more green and adjust your eyes from afar. In order to prevent myopia, we should finally achieve "three essentials" and "four don't look".

3. Distribute questionnaires and have a brief interview with students.

In order to know more about college students' eyesight, we conducted a questionnaire survey and a short interview with 35 college students in da li and Chaoyang during the Spring Festival. The details of the questionnaire are as follows:

After our questionnaire survey, the results are as follows:

1, the percentage of myopia

senior high school student

Nowadays, students' myopia has become a topic of general concern. According to statistics, 5 1% of the students in this survey are in the myopia stage, accounting for about half. Among all the people surveyed, the number of boys suffering from myopia is far greater than that of girls.

In addition, through interviews, we know that 24% of our holiday time is spent reading books. Reading is not a bad thing, but it makes sense. What is reasonable here is not the category of the book, but the correct posture when reading. We should follow the principle of "two wants and two don't want". The so-called "two essentials" means keeping the distance between the eyes and the book one foot, reading for about an hour continuously, taking a break and looking into the distance. But according to the data, 64% of our students usually read books that are closer to writing or lie in bed. Although it is good to work hard, it is a pity to damage your eyes for the sake of your grades.
