The five factors that affect health are lifestyle, genetic factors, medical factors, social factors and natural factors.
1. Lifestyle: Lifestyle is the core factor that determines health, accounting for 60% of the total. The basic rule of getting health is to improve a healthy lifestyle, including daily life, diet, psychology, sports and hobbies.
2. Genetic factors: including diseases directly related to heredity and diseases in which heredity interacts with other risk factors, such as age, sex, race, genetic history of diseases, height and weight, etc.
