(1) Attaching great importance to and making scientific use of the construction achievements of the Golden Insurance Project is a process of continuously optimizing business processes, upgrading service means and improving management mode with the guidance and support of information technology. We should attach great importance to and scientifically apply the achievements of system construction. First of all, we must raise awareness. Building a good financial insurance project is an objective need for human resources and social security departments to change their functions and improve their administrative ability, and is an important guarantee for solving deep-seated contradictions and problems in human resources and social security. Through the information system, all kinds of economic, political and social information are widely collected, timely transmitted, comprehensively analyzed and deeply processed, so as to form an accurate judgment on the social operation state and prominent contradictions in different development stages and improve the pertinence and predictability of management measures. Second, leaders should pay attention to it. Leadership attaches great importance to the key to the successful construction of the golden insurance project. Informatization construction is the "number one" project, a project with huge capital investment, and a systematic project that needs multi-party coordination. It involves the coordination of information management departments, planning and finance departments and business handling departments, as well as the changes in concepts, systems, management and working methods.
