Adults need to modify Tencent's real-name authentication information in the official WeChat account of "Tencent Customer Service" on WeChat. Steps:
1. Enter "Tencent Customer Service" in the WeChat search box and click to enter its official WeChat account.
2. Enter and send "real name registration information modification" in the official account interface of WeChat.
3. Click "Can the real name registration information be modified" in the content sent by Tencent Customer Service to reply.
4. After receiving the confirmation from Tencent customer service that it is an adult, you can modify the reply and follow the prompts in the reply.
5. After clicking the operation, Tencent is allowed to apply for permission to grow the guardian platform.
6. After agreeing to the permission application, jump to the health system query page and click "Modify real-name authentication".
7. Enter new real-name information in the real-name authentication information modification filling box, and click "Submit" to complete the real-name authentication modification.
