Experience of College Students' Psychological Health Learning

When I learned about the existence of this course, I really didn't agree with it, because I felt that I had gone to college and didn't need to take this formal class again, but after several classes, I understood the purpose of offering this course. We should correctly understand the process of mental health, grasp the current psychological situation, adjust all kinds of emotional ups and downs in life, and have strong will, good habits and correct three views. Here are some of my experiences in this course:

First, a new life is waiting for us to adapt.

When we enter the university campus from high school, everything around us is new, and people around us need us to get to know each other again. In such an environment, there may be some conflicts, and there will be restless emotions in our hearts, and there is nowhere to vent and suppress our own inaccuracies. Find a good way to adjust and let yourself face life positively and optimistically.

At the same time, the courses in universities are very different from those in high schools. The two classes are connected together, and the teacher has a fast pace in class. In the last chapter of the book, high school students have to talk about five or six classes until everyone understands them, but in college, there is only one class to focus on, and often after one class, they feel that they have forgotten nothing, so they need to adjust their learning methods to adapt to this different teaching.

Second, new interpersonal relationships are waiting for us to maintain.

In college life, students in the class only get together during class hours and usually have their own activities. In such an environment, we should grasp the distance of interpersonal relationship and how to communicate with different people. In the process of interacting with people, the relationship between friends is harmonious. When there are contradictions, communicate in time and express some opinions, so as to avoid bad situations.

In college life, good interpersonal relationships and a wide circle of friends can bring us rich extracurricular activities, spiritual pleasure and life satisfaction.

Third, handle the contradiction of love.

After entering the university, boys and girls are allowed to communicate further, so college students' love has become a common phenomenon. At this time, we should establish a correct view of love, and don't let love affect our normal life.

Learning mental health well will positively promote our future college life, make our study more efficient and make our life better.
