Nanchang Medical College is an independent full-time general undergraduate medical college sponsored by Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, with the administrative director of Jiangxi Provincial Health and Wellness Committee, the professional guidance of Jiangxi Provincial Education Department and the approval of the Ministry of Education.
Formerly known as Fu Sheng College of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it was founded in 200 1, and was renamed as Science and Technology College of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 200213. In June 20021,the Ministry of Education approved the transformation of Science and Technology College of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine into Nanchang Medical College.
As of September, 20021year, the college has two campuses, Wan Li and Xiaolan, covering an area of 905.6 mu, and the new campus under construction covers an area of 1000 mu. 3 directly affiliated hospitals, directly affiliated institutions 1 institute; Faculty of Teaching 13, undergraduate major15; There are 572 full-time teachers and 9 135 full-time undergraduates.
