Workers' occupational health records shall include

Legal analysis: the occupational health surveillance file includes the following contents: (1) the name, sex, age, native place, marriage, education level and hobbies of the workers; (2) The employee's occupational history, past medical history and occupational hazard exposure history; (3) The results of previous occupational health examinations and their handling; (4) Information on diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases; (five) other relevant materials that need to be stored in the occupational health monitoring files.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): Laborers enjoy the rights of equal employment and occupation selection, remuneration, rest and vacation, occupational safety and health protection, vocational skills training, social insurance and welfare, submission of labor disputes and other labor rights stipulated by law.

Laborers should complete labor tasks, improve their professional skills, implement labor safety and health laws and regulations, and observe labor discipline and professional ethics.
