How to use the sleep function of Apple Watch?

hello

Set "Sleep"

Adequate sleep is very important for your overall health. The "Health" app on iPhone can help you set a sleep goal and record your progress in achieving it.

Open the Health app on the iPhone.

Click Start Using under Settings Sleep, and then click Next.

Follow the prompts on the screen to make the settings:

Sleep goal: Set how many hours you want to sleep.

Bedtime and wake-up time: Set the time when you want to sleep and get up.

Sleep mode: When you go to bed, the iPhone can turn on the do not disturb mode and dim the brightness of the lock screen to reduce interference and ensure your sleep quality.

Quick instructions to help you sleep: Add quick instructions that can help you spend some time relaxing before going to bed, such as opening a "family" scene, listening to a soothing song list or using your favorite meditation application.

Track sleep with Apple Watch: Go to sleep with your watch and track your sleep. If you have previously paired the Apple Watch with the iPhone, you can use this option during the setup process. If you paired an Apple Watch after setting, you can still turn on "Use Apple Watch to Track Sleep" later.

* When "Home * * * Enjoy Settings" is configured, the "Sleep" function cannot be used.

Get more accurate results with Apple Watch.

If you paired an Apple Watch after you finished setting up your sleep, you can still turn on "Track Sleep with Apple Watch". In the My Watch app on the iPhone, tap Sleep, and then tap Track Sleep with Apple Watch to open this setting. To get the most accurate results when sleeping with a watch, please follow the following steps:

Turn on the "Charging Reminder". On the iPhone, open the My Watch app, and then tap Sleep. Tap "Charging Reminder" to open the reminder function on Apple Watch to remind you to charge your watch before going to bed. If your watch battery is dead, you can't track your sleep data.

Make sure that the Apple Watch is comfortable and fits tightly. If the watch is worn too loosely, the accelerometer may record too much activity during your natural sleep.
