Because of the publicity of this lecture, not only students from computer college attended, but also many students from other colleges. The students who attended the class were enthusiastic, there were enough people and they were not late. During the lecture, the students listened carefully and studied. At the beginning of the lecture, teacher Qi Juan introduced the theme of this activity through the video of group interview. In this lecture, Teacher Qi Juan closed her eyes and thought about what red things were around her. A set of figures appeared for us to observe and ask questions. In daily life, we often only pay attention to physical health, but in fact, besides physical health, we should pay more attention to mental health. In order to popularize mental health knowledge, improve students' attention to mental health issues, and give correct guidance, Kurt invited Mr. Gui from the psychological consulting room of our hospital to hold a lecture on mental health knowledge for students.
This activity is supported by many students. Everyone arrived at the meeting on time, actively participated in the lecture, and listened carefully to various common mental health problems and solutions told by Teacher Gui.
In this lecture, Mr. Gui expounded the mental health problems of college students from six aspects: psychological counseling related knowledge, college students' psychology and factors affecting mental health. Teacher Gui connected with reality and told many real examples to the students, which attracted their attention. For example, she said that there was once a girl in the education department who had a disabled leg, but she never gave up on herself and lived and studied actively.
