The new campus project of Tianjin Medical University is located in Tianjin Health Industrial Park in the west of Tuanbo New City, with Tuanbo Avenue in the east, Biyang Road in the south, Donghai Road in the west and Poyang Lake Road in the north. The planned total land area is about 1.952 mu, the usable land area is about 1.8 1.5 mu, the planned total construction area is 666,000 square meters, and the construction is 429,000 square meters in advance. According to the principle of "overall planning and step-by-step implementation", the construction is planned in three phases, with an estimated total investment of 6.342 billion yuan.
The project focuses on the construction of basic medical college, medical technology college, public health college, biomedical engineering college, pharmacy college, nursing college, computer teaching building, basic medical research center, animal center, library and so on. After the project is completed, it can meet the learning and living needs of10.7 million students.
The project is expected to be completed in July 2024 and moved and put into use in September 2024. In 2023, the College of Nursing, 1# student apartment, student and faculty canteen, library and administrative center will be completed, and the first phase of the main construction of the new campus will be completed.
Tianjin Medical University is a national "2 1 1 Project" key construction institution, and a "double-class" world-class discipline construction institution jointly established by Tianjin Municipal People's Government, National Health and Wellness Commission and Ministry of Education. The construction of the new campus will play an important role in ensuring the further improvement of the school-running conditions and comprehensive strength of medical colleges.

Tuanbo New Campus of Hematological Hospital of China Academy of Medical Sciences is located in the medical rehabilitation zone of the cooperation demonstration zone, with Changhai Road in the east, Tuanbo Avenue in the west, 13 branch road in the south and No.3 secondary road in the north. The project covers an area of 1 19 mu, with a total construction area of 164300 square meters and an investment of 2.336 billion yuan.
Planning and construction of outpatient and emergency medical technology complex, administrative office teaching building, radiotherapy center, third-party laboratory, laboratory annex, energy station and supporting facilities and other medical facilities. The planned number of beds is 1 1,000. It is estimated that the main construction and some internal decoration of the campus will be completed in 2023, and it will be fully completed and put into use in 2022.
The Hematology Hospital of China Academy of Medical Sciences is the largest national-level scientific research-oriented hematology professional medical institution integrating medical treatment, scientific research, teaching and industry in China. The completion of the new hospital park will greatly strengthen the level of diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases in Tianjin and scientific research and teaching in related fields, which is of great significance to the improvement of the level of diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
