2 The results and analysis of college students' diet survey (1). The statistical results show that the following eating habits are common in universities: 1, picky eaters and partial eaters, less than 3 milk intake, and irregular breakfast. 4, eating snacks is serious 5, most boys have the habit of eating supper 6, smoking 7, drinking, etc. The survey results show that there are 166 students who don't eat breakfast, accounting for 43% of the survey population. The breakfast is mainly pasta or rice, and the proportion of coarse grains is very small. In addition, for non-staple food, gender differences are also great. Girls like to eat fruits and vegetables, such as apples, bananas and vegetables, while boys like to eat meat dishes, such as braised pork and barbecue. The intake of nutritious soy products is not much [2]. It is a common phenomenon that college students' eating habits are irregular and unbalanced, and this situation becomes more and more serious with the increase of grades, especially for senior students. Because there are few courses, many students stay up late and don't get up for breakfast in the morning.
