Urban nucleic acid policy-All people from other places who come to Ning and return to Ning must hold negative nucleic acid certificates within 48 hours, report to their communities (villages) and units (or hotels) immediately before or after arriving in Ning, actively cooperate with information registration and health monitoring, and bear legal responsibilities if they conceal or refuse to cooperate, resulting in serious consequences. Within 7 days, people from home and abroad who come to Ning and return to Ning should take the initiative to cooperate with communities and units to do a good job in investigation and control.

Isolation policy-For those who have lived in high and medium risk areas or come to (return to) Ning with reference to high and medium risk areas, the health management measures of "14+7" shall be implemented, that is, centralized isolation medical observation 14 days+home health monitoring for 7 days, at 1, 4, 7, 650.

Health management measures of "3+ 1 1" shall be implemented for floating population (returnees) in other cities, that is, family health monitoring for 3 days+1 1 day follow-up health monitoring, and health monitoring shall be conducted at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Implement the measures of "14+ 14+28" for the entry personnel, that is, 14 days of centralized isolated medical observation+14 days of home health monitoring +28 days of follow-up health monitoring. After the centralized isolation was released, 1 times of nucleic acid detection were conducted on the 2nd, 7th and 4th days after home health monitoring.
