Draw your procrastination monster and share it in groups (1. Share your procrastination monster, 2. What kind of scene? 3. Who are the characters? 4. How I was delayed by the influence)

When students share, they are classified according to everyone's characteristics: stress leads to procrastination, failure to follow the plan leads to procrastination, forgetting important things, dirty environment and so on.

According to the order of group integration, choose the problems to be solved and discuss and share them in groups.
