201165438+February 5, the seventh stop of the lunch plan, the rural children's playground of Datang Primary School in qianxi county, Guizhou Province, is the second rural children's rights and interests project jointly sponsored by microfinance and Tianya Public Welfare on June 23, 20/kloc-0 (Dragon Boat Festival). It is planned to set up more than 200 village-level villages in poor rural areas of southwest provinces such as Guizhou and Guangxi within three years.
According to authoritative surveys, there are more than 58 million "left-behind children" in rural areas of China. 57.2% of left-behind children go out with one parent, and 42.8% go out with their parents at the same time. Among the left-behind children, 79.9% were raised by grandparents, 13% were entrusted by relatives and friends, and 7.3% were uncertain or unsupervised. The opening and expansion of rural children's parks are expected to benefit more than 10000 rural left-behind children.
The rural children's park project will be an open public welfare platform. We strive to introduce the concept of urban quality education and social resources into poor villages, unite with local education departments and villagers in village committees, provide the most scientific enlightenment education for left-behind children in rural areas, create the safest and healthier growth environment, and let children grow up happily. Look forward to working with charity partners.
At present, the rural children's park project has selected two pilot projects in Guizhou and Guangxi respectively. One is Jiang Yan Primary School in Qiping Village, Tianqiao Township, Fenggang County, Guizhou Province. There used to be a kindergarten class in this primary school with 22 students, of whom 10 is a left-behind child. Because preschool education is not compulsory and there is no funds, students have to pay tuition fees in 250 yuan every semester. The teacher who teaches this class is a 5 1 year-old substitute teacher with a conscience, with a monthly salary of 700 yuan. The tuition fees paid by students are not enough to pay the teachers' salaries. After the opening of the rural children's park, because it is free, it is expected that the number of people entering the park will increase next semester, and teachers' salaries and teaching equipment will also be improved.
Another pilot project is Lu 'an Village, Lu 'an Town, Laibin New Town, Guangxi. Xincheng is a poverty-stricken county in China. There are preschool children 1 10 in Lu' an village, including 75 left-behind children. There are 532 households with 2360 people in the village, including 24 natural villages, 27 villagers' groups and 52 people in party member. According to the materials submitted by the village committee, there has been no collective petition since 2002. But it still can't change the passive situation of poverty and backwardness. The primary schools in the village are all merged into the rural central school, and students have to walk for two or three hours to go to school every day. Many parents are looking forward to the early arrival of the sunshine and rain from the government and opening a kindergarten in the village. Therefore, they are looking forward to the National Children's Park.
