The four basic contents of health are as follows:

4. Social health refers to social roles (occupation, marriage, family roles), etc. Or the excellent and perfect adaptation of interpersonal relationships in work, study and entertainment is a high-level requirement of health. People who adapt well to society should not only have physical health, mental health and moral health, but also have strong social adaptability, learning ability, working ability and healthy scientific and cultural knowledge, which is the highest requirement for health.

Mental health includes the following aspects:

4. Good at controlling emotions: People with mental health can always maintain a happy, cheerful, optimistic and satisfied attitude and are full of hope for life and the future.

5. Good environmental adaptability: Environmental adaptability includes the ability to correctly understand the environment and the ability to correctly handle the relationship between individuals and the environment.

Activity purpose:

In order to cultivate students' good psychological quality, stable mood, good adaptability, harmonious interpersonal relationship and healthy, happy and positive living environment, our school takes mental health week education as an opportunity and takes "bathing the soul and cultivating the sunshine of healthy and happy growth" as the theme.

Strengthen students' psychological quality education, so that students can scientifically understand mental health, understand mental health knowledge, learn basic skills of psychological adjustment, create a positive psychological atmosphere for students' healthy growth, and promote their all-round development and healthy growth;
