Mental health is as important as physical health. When the body is injured, people know to see a doctor and take medicine. However, people ignore mental illness. Teenagers nowadays are prone to mental illness.
In China, the latest national mental health survey of children aged 4- 16 found that the incidence of psychological and behavioral problems of children in China was as high as 13.9%. About 2/5 middle school students have different degrees of psychological barriers. Some experts predict that in 2 1 century, mental illness will seriously endanger the physical and mental health of teenagers. Usually, mental illness is manifested in: depression, narrowness, jealousy, panic, cruelty, sensitivity and inferiority. Some people are taciturn, some people are narrow-minded, some people can't tolerate others being better than themselves, some people are sensitive and suspicious, some people lack confidence in themselves and always feel that they are inferior to others. These are all unhealthy.
A child with mental health should have five characteristics: 1, normal intelligence and strong curiosity; 2, can gradually learn to control their emotions and maintain an optimistic attitude; 3. Be able to learn to communicate with people around you normally, know how to share and cooperate, respect others and be helpful; 4, self-acceptance, self-control, can actively face the problems and difficulties encountered in life and adapt to the environment; 5. Have good behavior habits and sound personality.
So we should pay attention to mental health and be a mentally healthy person. Only with mental health can we live healthily, study happily, get along well with our classmates and grow up happily.
