A text document named ad_log has suddenly been added to drive D of the computer?

This is a log file generated by some software. From the name, it may be an advertising software that can be deleted manually, but the software that generated it has not been found yet, and this file will appear in the future. Check in Add/Remove Programs to see if any suspicious software is installed.
