What does it mean to do B-ultrasound to show that the uterus size is about 48*42*33MM in the front position?

Hello:

B-ultrasound showed that the uterus was 48 mm long, 42 mm wide and 33 mm thick.

Anterior position refers to the normal position of the uterus. Lean forward, lean forward.

Generally, the ultrasound images of normal uterus show that the longitudinal section of uterus is pear-shaped, with clear boundary, smooth wall, fine and uniform light spots in muscular layer, and the uterine cavity has linear white light band echo. The refracted part of the bladder and uterus is a sign to distinguish the uterine body from the cervix. The transverse cutting of the upper margin of pubic symphysis can show the white horizontal echo of the external cervix.

Normal uterus size is: long diameter 7-8 cm, wide diameter 4-5 cm, thick diameter 3-4 cm.
