First, enter the campus.

◆ All personnel scan the place code before entering the hospital, and enter the hospital area after screening by the entrance staff on the basis of "48-hour negative report of nucleic acid test+health code, green code of travel code+normal body temperature+correct wearing of mask". If there is any epidemiological history related to the epidemic, please actively inform the staff.

◆ People who use non-smart phones should carry valid certificates such as ID cards, and complete relevant screening work under the guidance of staff.

◆ Patients with body temperature ≥37.3℃, symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, poor sense of smell and taste, people from Tianjin in high-risk areas, people with abnormal codes in Chongqing, Kang or trip, and people with abnormal epidemiological history, after being triaged for fever, go to the fever clinic for treatment.

◆ Non-emergency personnel with abnormal health code, community or disease control staff inform those who need to do nucleic acid testing and self-monitoring at home, please postpone coming to the hospital for treatment or escort.

Second, the outpatient treatment instructions

Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, stomatology temporarily stopped consulting.

◆ If it is not necessary for outpatients not to be accompanied, it is really inconvenient. It is recommended to have relatives and friends to accompany them. Please follow the principle of "one doctor, one patient and one consulting room" when seeing a doctor. In principle, accompanying personnel are not allowed to enter the consulting room.

◆ Wear a mask correctly during the whole process, and keep a safe distance of 1 m or above to avoid crowd gathering. Pay attention to cough etiquette and hand hygiene.

◆ Patients who need high-exposure and high-risk treatment such as outpatient surgery, fiberoptic bronchoscopy and gastrointestinal tract should provide a 24-hour negative report of nucleic acid detection.

Third, hospital management instructions

◆ Non-emergency patients should make an appointment for hospitalization in principle. When going through the hospitalization formalities, patients and accompanying personnel must provide a 24-hour negative report of nucleic acid detection.

◆ No escort is needed during hospitalization. Personal protection should be provided for those who really need escort, and "one patient and one fixed escort" should be strictly implemented.

◆ Inpatients and their accompanying personnel must complete nucleic acid detection at the frequency specified by the hospital. During hospitalization, you must wear a mask correctly, wash your hands frequently, don't call at home or on the floor or gather together, and actively cooperate with the department to complete daily health monitoring.

◆ Special reminder: In recent days, the inpatient department has been temporarily closed, and inpatients and accompanying personnel can only enter and leave. The inpatient ward is strictly controlled, and patients and accompanying staff are not allowed to leave the ward, and they are not allowed to string wards.
