In view of this, based on the theoretical and practical exploration of teachers' mental health education, we strive to explore the improvement and promotion of teachers' mental health level from the standpoint of positive psychology, focusing on teachers' professional role and management, occupational stress and coping, emotional problems and adjustment, personality abnormality and correction, interpersonal obstacles and communication. At the same time, focusing on teachers' career planning and growth, family life and entertainment, lifestyle and leisure, from the standpoint of teachers' professional development, this paper expounds teachers' psychological health care and self-regulation in order to pursue their educational achievements and physical and mental health.
