Can a coffee shop have no health certificate?
You can't. According to the Food Hygiene Law, Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places and other laws and regulations, relevant personnel engaged in professional production industries such as food production and management and public service must hold health certificates. Coffee shops belong to food business units, and their staff are engaged in food production and operation personnel who are in direct contact with food, and must hold health certificates. So coffee shops can't live without health certificates. Apply for a health certificate and receive a physical examination form with your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos. Pay the medical examination fee at the toll station, paste the photo (the other one is for health certificate), and fill in the basic information such as name and gender.
