How to handle Maoming special needs clinic?

The process of special needs clinic may be different according to the process of each hospital. I take the experience of Maoming Gaozhou People's Hospital as an example to give reference to friends who need special outpatient service.

The process only needs to be handled in the hospital without going to the medical insurance bureau, but there are also some places that need to go to the medical insurance bureau to submit materials.

The materials to be prepared are as follows:

1. disease diagnosis certificate, 2. Application form for outpatient treatment of specific diseases, 3. Medical records, 4. Copy of patient's ID card, 5. Original id card.

The first three materials can be written by your attending doctor. You tell her that you want to have a special clinic, and she will print it out for you and sign it for you. After you get these materials and stamp them, the doctor will tell you that Gaozhou People's Hospital will stamp it at the service desk in the lobby of Building 3. 1. After stamping, submit the information to the health cabin for the record. The whole process can be completed in 1 hour.

In the past, all special-needs clinics required annual review, and overdue annual review could not be reimbursed. But when I went to handle it on April 29, 2022, the staff there said it would be effective for a long time. We don't know if it is. Anyway, pay attention to yourself. If it is 1 year, ask the doctor. The process of annual review is similar.

Every time you go to the hospital to pay, remember to bring the patient's ID card or medical insurance card and just tell the staff at the window. If you haven't used up your quota, you can reimburse some expenses. If you forget to tell the staff to pay the full amount, as long as your special needs clinic is still valid, there are still places in it. You can print the expense list and invoice in the hospital, then stamp it at the information desk, or go back to the local medical insurance bureau to apply for reimbursement.

These are some of my handling experiences for reference only.
