All departments of the District Education Bureau shall, according to their respective responsibilities, work together and make concerted efforts. The Party Committee of the Bureau is responsible for the construction and training of school cadres, training school-level cadres with the help of the Party School of the Party Committee, and taking the maintenance of teachers' mental health as an important training content; With the help of the Party Building Ideological and Political Work Research Association, the ways and means of people-oriented and psychological counseling in school ideological and political work are deeply studied. The General Education Department is mainly responsible for the implementation, supervision, inspection and evaluation of mental health education courses. In the process of starting school inspection every semester, the implementation of mental health education activity classes is regarded as an important part of the starting school inspection, and schools are urged to implement the class hours, teachers, teaching materials and work plans of mental health education classes, and psychological counseling institutions are built as required. The Teachers' Work Section formulates the work plan and annual plan of teachers' continuing education, and takes the maintenance of teachers' mental health as an important content of teachers' professional growth. Teachers' further education schools incorporate mental health education and teacher training into the teacher education system, unify organization, management and assessment, and implement credit registration. The teaching department is responsible for the implementation and research of mental health education courses, training mental health backbone teachers, building the core team of the preparatory group of mental health center, understanding the difficulties, requirements and suggestions of implementing mental health education in schools, and ensuring the standardization, scientificity and effectiveness of mental health education activities in schools. Schools and teachers set up mental health education courses from the operational level, and translate the corresponding policies and regulations into specific educational behaviors, so that the awareness of mental health education not only stays in mental health education activities, but permeates teachers' words and deeds and all educational activities in schools.
In addition to special training, strengthening the maintenance of teachers' mental health in our district is mainly to achieve three combinations. First, it is combined with key work. In 2006, our district started the junior high school standardization construction project. We combine the maintenance of teachers' mental health with the construction of standardized schools in junior high schools, and formulate four rounds of extracurricular activities according to the work requirements of "responsibility to people, counterpart guidance and on-site service" put forward by the director in charge of the department. The first round of inspection urged the school to formulate a work plan for the construction of teachers' team, requiring the school to clearly put forward the work objectives and requirements for maintaining teachers' mental health in the annual work plan, teaching work plan and moral education work plan, and establish corresponding psychological counseling institutions; In the second round, go to the class to observe the current situation of teachers' mental health, put forward the next direction of efforts, and guide teaching and research activities; The third round, go to school, follow lectures, participate in and guide teaching and research activities; The fourth round of school starts to further improve teaching and research activities. In 2006, teachers' mental health training program was launched in our district, which achieved remarkable results in the construction of school leadership, professional backbone and full-time teachers.
The Party School of the Party Committee of the Education Bureau of our district is responsible for the construction of the school leadership team. The 11th Five-Year Plan for the training of educational cadres in our region has been formulated, and it is planned to train all school-level cadres in rotation in 2007-2009. In the training plan, the maintenance of teachers' mental health will be included in the training curriculum system of school-level cadres. Its goal is to make school leaders familiar with the relevant policies of school mental health education, understand the important role of teachers' mental health in school development, establish the concept of "full participation, full implementation and full reflection" in mental health education, and know how to "strengthen and improve ideological and political work, pay attention to humanistic care and psychological counseling, and correctly handle interpersonal relationships".
The construction of professional backbone teams in cities and districts is mainly completed through the training organized by the Municipal Youth Psychological Counseling Center. The training target is the backbone teachers of mental health education in this district and the members of the center preparing lessons. Its goal is to let backbone teachers deeply understand the goal of school mental health education, understand the professional skills of teachers' psychology and students' psychological maintenance, analyze the psychological problems or problem trends of teachers and students in our school, and do case counseling and analysis. At the same time, it plays a leading and exemplary role in school mental health work, mental health education curriculum design and activity implementation.
District teachers' further education schools and district teaching departments * * * formulate training plans and employ experts in mental health education in provinces and cities to organize their implementation. In September 2006, the first preparatory team of mental health education center in primary and secondary schools was established in our district. 13 members are mainly composed of district teaching departments, school-level backbone teachers and teachers who have won awards in the evaluation of high-quality mental health courses at city and district levels in recent years. In 2008, the number of members increased to 20. The activities of the central lesson preparation group mainly focus on the maintenance of teachers' mental health and the implementation of courses, and strive to combine research and training, practice and reflection, and teaching and learning. In the collective discussion activities, the members of the preparatory group of the center not only developed their professional ability, but also realized their self-growth, such as improving their understanding of themselves, improving their tolerance for setbacks, learning to think from multiple angles, adjusting their bad emotions in time, and forming a positive attitude.
In 2007, experts in mental health education from universities, provinces and cities and first-line teachers were hired to provide special counseling for our district for more than 20 times, including teachers' mental health and self-maintenance. The tutoring time was 80 hours, and 437 teachers benefited. Under the guidance of experts, teachers in our district have learned the common sense of maintaining teachers' mental health and mastered the basic skills of self-maintenance.
During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, our district * * * undertook three municipal and two district-level projects related to the construction of teachers' team, and five schools actively participated in the research as pilot schools for the key research of municipal mental health and teachers' psychological maintenance.
As a local course in Wuhan, the activity course of mental health education has been implemented in our district for only two years, but we have made many useful attempts, and the work has achieved initial results and the development trend is good. The maintenance of teachers' mental health has been highly valued by leaders at all levels. The work pattern of maintaining teachers' mental health has basically taken shape; The working mechanism of maintaining teachers' mental health is gradually improved; Teachers' mental health maintenance training plan is carried out in an orderly manner; Teachers' awareness of maintaining mental health is obviously enhanced; The number of people studying the topic of maintaining teachers' mental health has increased, and the results have initially appeared.
