1. Hospital outpatient process and patient route:
The "hospital entrance" at the front door of the hospital or the "entrance" at the north door of the hospital enters the hospital area through pre-screening and triage, and the "exit" at the west side of the front door or the "exit" at the north door is the discharge area.
Outpatients and accompanying family members must wear masks. For the safety of you and your family, try to come alone. If you need to be accompanied by your family, if there are no special circumstances, you can only be accompanied by one family at most.
When patients and accompanying family members enter the hospital gate, please show their health code/accompanying certificate in advance, and actively cooperate with security guards and triage personnel to receive epidemiological history inquiry and temperature detection. If you don't have a mobile phone, an elderly mobile phone or Alipay, please register the relevant information as required.
The hospital pre-examination triage, fever clinic and general clinic are divided into different areas. I hope that the majority of patients and friends will eliminate their fears and enter the hospital for normal treatment according to the channels of fever patients and general patients.
The hospital has specially set up a COVID-19 nucleic acid testing sampling point for pre-screening, triage and follow-up, which is located on the south side of the outpatient hall. You can make an appointment at Luoyitong, or register on the self-service machine with your ID card/medical insurance card, or pay bills and take samples after registering on Luoyitong.
In order to avoid cross infection, please do personal protection and reduce crowd gathering. Please queue up strictly according to the distance of one meter from the landmark during registration, waiting for medical treatment, taking medicine, inspection and payment. Please take another seat and keep a distance of one meter while waiting for medical treatment.
2. Outpatient pre-inspection triage process:
In any of the following circumstances, please take the initiative to register at the pre-inspection triage office of the hospital and take it to the fever clinic by the pre-inspection triage personnel:
Have a fever;
/kloc-contact history of confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19 within 0/4 days;
/kloc-within 0/4 days, those infected with COVID-19 reported their community travel or residence history;
/kloc-patients with fever and/or respiratory symptoms reported by self-reported cases within 0/4 days or asymptomatic infected people in the community;
Have been to high-risk areas or cluster epidemic areas in COVID-19 from new crown pneumonia;
Planes, trains, cars or other means of transportation all infected COVID-19.
If you deliberately conceal the relevant medical history, you should bear the corresponding legal responsibility after investigation.
Patients who have been diverted from the fever clinic can use the Internet hospital "Luoyitong" for online registration, waiting, payment, inspection, inspection report, etc., so as to ease the queue of self-service machines and reduce cross-infection.
3. Medical advice:

4. The patient admission process:
All patients who need to be hospitalized must go through pre-examination and triage, and then go to the outpatient department to have a hospitalization certificate issued by the outpatient doctor. It is strictly forbidden to open a hospitalization certificate in the ward by yourself.
Patients who come back from the hospital should contact the competent doctor first, make an appointment in the corresponding department at the outpatient clinic, and refuse to return to the ward.
During the epidemic in novel coronavirus, outpatients must cooperate with doctors to fill in the commitment letter. If they deliberately conceal the relevant medical history, they will bear corresponding legal responsibilities after investigation.
In order to avoid cross infection, patients with chronic diseases, tumors or treatment according to the course of treatment, please contact the competent doctor and return to the hospital according to the doctor's arrangement.
Management requirements of ward escort
1. In accordance with the requirements of the state and the Henan Provincial Health and Health Commission for epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the management of the escort work for hospitalized patients, and in principle, escort is not allowed. Special circumstances require escort, limited to 1 person escort, relatively fixed. Accompanying personnel are required to carry out nucleic acid testing and sign a letter of commitment to accompany them during the COVID-19 epidemic, and wear masks in a standardized manner.
2. Visits are not allowed during the epidemic in principle.
3. The escort certificate shall be issued by the competent physician according to the patient's condition and issued by the nurse, and shall not be lent. Strictly control the frequency of escort personnel entering and leaving the ward, and it is strictly forbidden to cross the ward.
4. Persons under any of the following circumstances are prohibited from accompanying:
Body temperature ≥ 37.3℃;
Within two weeks, he has been to an area where cases in COVID-19 continue to spread or a cluster epidemic area from COVID-19, and has had close contact with confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected people in COVID-19;
There are symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, chest tightness, dyspnea, mild anorexia, fatigue, poor spirit, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, headache, palpitation, conjunctivitis, mild limb or back muscle pain.
5. All the accompanying personnel should cooperate with the hospital for body temperature screening, at least/kloc-0 times in the morning and evening, and actively report and answer whether any COVID-19 infected person has reported their community travel or residence history, and whether they have close contact with the confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19. If you have fever, fatigue or respiratory symptoms, you should report to the competent doctor and the responsible nurse in time, and go to the outpatient clinic for medical treatment according to the process.
6. The accompanying personnel shall comply with the following provisions:
Consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital and keep the ward quiet, clean and safe. In order to avoid cross infection, you must wear a mask correctly and don't sit or lie on the patient's bed. Please wash your hands frequently and do good personal hygiene. When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose completely with paper towels, cuffs or elbows. Please throw the used paper towels into the "yellow medical waste" trash can.
Work closely with medical staff to provide psychological support and related care for patients. During hospitalization, please don't take the patient out of the hospital without authorization, and don't change the accompanying staff at will. If it is necessary to change, please inform the doctor in charge and the nurse in charge, and carry out nucleic acid detection on the newly changed escort.
During hospitalization, there is no door-to-door visit or close chat between wards, so as to minimize going out. Don't spread rumors.
Ward should always open the window for ventilation, towels and tableware are not allowed, smoking, drinking, talking loudly, spitting and littering are prohibited in the ward building, and high-power electrical appliances are prohibited.
7. If there is any violation of the above provisions or disturbing the normal medical order of the hospital, the hospital has the right to require the person who refuses to cooperate after being dissuaded by the hospital staff or security guards to replace the escort and terminate his escort qualification. If the circumstances are serious, it shall be handed over to the relevant departments for handling. Anyone who intentionally conceals the epidemiological history and violates the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases will be handed over to the relevant departments for legal treatment.
