New Zealand's latest return policy

The Embassy of China in New Zealand issued the "Notice on Double Detection of COVID-19 Nucleic Acid and Serum Antibody for Passengers on New Zealand-China Flight" through official website, and decided that from 2020 12 and 10, passengers on New Zealand-China flight should complete sampling detection of COVID-19 nucleic acid (PCR) and serum IgM antibody within 2 days before boarding, and apply for health code (HS) or health status statement (based on the negative reports of the two tests). Specific measures are as follows:

Nucleic acid detection requirements

I. IgM antibody detection

(IgM antibody test must be venous blood.

(IgM antibody testing must make an appointment with a family doctor or clinic and other medical institutions. Family doctors will contact testing institutions in big cities such as Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin for testing. Passengers should contact the family doctor or clinic in advance according to the itinerary so as to get the relevant test report in time.

Second, the detection mechanism

(1 The new embassy or consulate has no designated inspection agency, so passengers can choose according to their own situation.

(2) Passengers can conduct PCR and IgM antibody sampling and testing in the same medical institution.

Third, the test report

(If 1 testing organization provides total antibody testing instead of individual IgM antibody testing, the test result should be negative, and IgM antibody must be indicated in serum total antibody, otherwise it will not be recognized.

(2) The passenger shall submit the original PCR and IgM antibody test report issued by the testing institution. If the report is provided for a family doctor or clinic, the name of the testing institution must be indicated, and the doctor's signature or the clinic's seal is required. Certificates without signatures or seals will not be accepted.

Fourth, the declaration method

(1) Passengers are requested to carefully check all the information after obtaining the PCR and IgM antibody test reports, and use the "international epidemic prevention health code" applet to declare in time.

(2) At the time of application, the embassies and consulates that have been submitted for trial are still selected according to the territorial division.

(3) China citizens (including compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must fill in their names in Chinese when registering.

(4) If the passport number is not indicated in the test report, please upload the passport information page when submitting two test reports. The uploaded pictures are clear and complete. Do not cut or underline. On your own.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) transitional arrangement

(1 Considering that testing institutions in some areas are still unable to provide IgM antibody testing, in order to ensure the smooth progress of passenger testing in China, according to the Notice on Implementing the Interim Measures for Passengers Carrying Twice COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Testing (PCR Negative Report) on New Zealand-China Flight issued by the Chinese Embassy and Consulate on June 4, passengers who are unable to do IgM antibody testing can still provide twice PCR negative reports, that is, "double nucleic acid negative report"./kloc-0

(2) From the date of issuance of this notice to February 16 5438+00, China's embassy and consulate in New Zealand can simultaneously accept the declaration of negative IgM antibody test report and two "double nucleic acid negative" reports.

(3) Since 00: 00 on February 18, 2020, the China Embassy and Consulate in New Zealand will no longer accept "double nucleic acid negative" reports. Passengers going to China must upload negative reports of PCR and IgM antibody to apply for a health code (HS or Health Statement (HDC)).
