Yongqi Community is located in the core area of Yuelu Mountain in Hexi, Changsha City, and belongs to the new municipal government plate. The plot is long and narrow, with roads on three sides. The east, south and north short sides of the base are adjacent to Jinxing Avenue, Tongzipo Road and urban road respectively. The long side in the west is adjacent to the branch that runs through the north and south, and the long side in the east is adjacent to other plots. The total land area is 77328.58m2 (about 1 16. 1 mu), and the construction area is about 200,000m2. It consists of houses, businesses, hotels, office buildings, clubs and kindergartens. Residential land is long from north to south, narrow from east to west, high in northwest and low in southeast. In the design, the landform is fully utilized, and the distribution of buildings conforms to the topographic trend. Plate combination is carried out at the north and south ends of a wide residential area, while the narrow part in the middle of the residential area is distributed in the form of point high-rise buildings, which is patchwork. The skyline of the whole community is high in the north and low in the south, which is consistent with the terrain of the community. No matter from which angle of the city, it gives people a rich and comprehensive community image. There are commercial buildings in the south, entrances and open pedestrian streets in the east, and main doors and clubs in the north, which are atmospheric and eye-catching.
In order to better coordinate the overall style of the administrative center plate, the style of the whole community adopts modern minimalist style, paying attention to the combination of blocks, bright colors, simple atmosphere of appearance, rich roof forms, outstanding personality characteristics and organic connection with the surrounding environment. 2 careful layout and reasonable traffic.
Good architectural layout forms spaces of different scales. Residential areas make full use of the particularity of the terrain, adopt plate-type and point-type interspersed layout, avoid the routine sitting row by row or simple central garden practice, and the architectural layout is patchy, which truly achieves ultra-wide floor space and unobstructed sight, and also ensures good ventilation and lighting.
Reasonable traffic organization is the premise of community safety and the guarantee of health. The choice of entrance location is very important, which is safe and convenient. Main entrances and exits for people and vehicles are set up on Jinxing Avenue and North Road respectively; There is a garage entrance along the west branch of the community. The flow of people in the community enters the community from the east and the north respectively, enters the community along the landscape axis of the community center, enters their respective groups, and then enters the home by each group, or directly enters the community garden, which is basically separated from the traffic flow of the community to ensure the integrity and continuity of pedestrian traffic and landscape areas. After the traffic enters the community from the east, west and north entrances, it can reach each group and household along the inner loop of the community, which is basically separated from the pedestrian route of the community, and people and vehicles are separated from each other without interference. Part of the land difference between groups is used as a semi-underground garage, which is convenient for residents and saves costs. The raised garage roof is used for greening and enriches the greening landscape. Underground parking is mostly used in residential areas, mainly in two relatively concentrated underground garages in the north and south, to solve the problems of civil air defense, computer room and parking. Cars enter and leave the basement from the east and west sides, and the route is smooth. At the same time, temporary parking spaces are set up in Little Square at each main entrance, and parking spaces are also considered before shops. Commercial land traffic and residential land are completely separated, separated by green belts.
3 characteristic landscape, poetic creation
As one of the most important standards of green and healthy housing, the landscape that may have been the only standard has obvious influence and function on the quality of life of a community. A good residential landscape is inseparable from the architectural layout of residential areas: the narrow and irregular terrain restricts the design and creates space for us. The main structure of the community consists of one axis and three centers. One axis runs through the main landscape roads in the residential area from north to south to east, and the three centers are three main central gardens. The water system in residential areas is a continuous whole, and where there is water, there is aura. The establishment of two and a half underground garages not only conforms to the height difference of land use, but also divides the community into three platforms, north and south, with trees on both sides and running water in the middle. The residential area is surrounded by mountains and rivers, forming a multi-level and diversified rich environmental landscape system.
