Prepare ingredients:
Pumpkin milkshake 265g, flour 500g, yeast 5g, cooked white sesame seeds a little, cooking oil a little.
Production method:
1. Put the pumpkin milkshake, flour and yeast into the kneading basin in turn;
2. Stir with chopsticks until there is no dry powder, and then knead it into smooth dough by hand. It is suggested that the dosage of pumpkin milkshake and flour should be adjusted according to the consistency of milkshake and the water absorption rate of flour. Don't add flour or milkshake all at once, and adjust it according to the wet and dry condition of dough when kneading.
3. After kneading the dough, cover it with fresh food and ferment it to twice the size at room temperature. After fermentation, the dough is vented first, and after venting, it is evenly divided into 14 small dough;
4. Take 8 pieces of dough, knead it repeatedly until the internal tissue is fine and there are no pores, and put it on a steamer with wet steaming cloth for secondary fermentation;
5. The remaining six are rounded and flattened with the palm of your hand, then a little cooked white sesame seeds are dipped on the surface, and then they are fried in an electric baking pan that has been preheated with a little cooking oil;
6. Fry for about 2 minutes, uncover the lid of the electric baking pan and turn it over. The specific frying time is controlled according to the power of the electric baking pan;
7. Continue to fry until both sides are golden, and then turn off the power and eat out of the pot;
After 8.20 minutes, the secondary fermentation of pumpkin steamed bread was completed, which was about 1.5 times the size of the original dough.
9. Put the fermented steamed bread into a steamer, add a proper amount of cold water, steam for 15 minutes, and turn off the fire;
10, simmer for 3 minutes after turning off the fire and then take out the pot;
Making method of pumpkin milkshake:
1, the pumpkin is peeled and peeled first, and then rinsed with clear water;
2. Cut the cleaned pumpkin into large pieces and steam it in a steamer. The steaming time should be controlled according to the size of pumpkin pieces.
3. Put the steamed pumpkin into the cup of the wall breaker and add 1 box of pure milk. The ratio of pumpkin to milk is suggested to be adjusted according to your own taste. I did it according to the ratio of 1: 1;
4. Turn on the power supply of the wall-breaking machine, select the milk shake function or the juice function, and finish the production in about 1 minute;
