For those who have lived in the middle-risk area for 7 days, "home isolation for 7 days +3 times of nucleic acid detection (on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively)" shall be implemented;
Personnel entering Guizhou from other areas of prefecture-level cities will be subject to the management of "three days and two inspections" after arriving in Guizhou.
The control time for people in medium and high risk areas to enter Guizhou is calculated from the time when they leave the risk area.
The third is the control measures for people entering Guizhou in areas with serious epidemic situation.
At the present stage, people who enter Guizhou from Chengdu, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Xizang Autonomous Region are subject to "3 days of centralized isolation +4 days of home health monitoring +5 times of nucleic acid detection (on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days respectively)+1 antigen detection", and the control time is counted from leaving the epidemic area; Only when the results of the first three nucleic acid tests are negative can the centralized isolation be lifted. Under the premise of personal protection, relevant personnel can take public transportation such as buses, taxis and high-speed trains to return to their places of residence to carry out home health tests.
Hainan residents in Guizhou will implement strict "3-day home health monitoring +2 nucleic acid tests (on 1 and 3 days respectively)", local closed-loop transshipment, strict "two-to-one" management in the community, and nucleic acid sampling at home, and their residents are not allowed to go out at the same time;
Those who are unwilling to carry out family health monitoring may voluntarily choose to carry out centralized isolation for 3 days.
The provincial monitoring medical group and the provincial social prevention and control group will timely determine the scope and control measures of areas with serious epidemic situation according to the national epidemic situation.
Four, other areas into Guizhou personnel control measures.

Six, land border port cities (except ports connected with Hong Kong and Macao) into Guizhou personnel control measures.
You must enter Guizhou with a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Guizhou; If you don't have relevant documents, you will be subject to "three days and two inspections" after arriving in Guizhou.
Seven. Control measures for foreigners entering Guizhou.
Implement "7-day centralized isolation +3-day home health monitoring +6 times of nucleic acid detection (conducted on 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 respectively)", and control the time from the entry time.
Among them, those who enter Guizhou immediately after the first stop completes the 7-day centralized isolation will be subject to "3-day home health monitoring +2 times nucleic acid detection" according to the principle of "filling up" after arriving in Guizhou, closed-loop transportation will be implemented in the territory, and "two-to-one" management in the community will be strictly implemented; If the first station has completed the "7+3" and the stay time in other provinces is within 3 days (including 3 days), the two inspections will be carried out within 3 days after arriving in Guizhou ";
For those who completed 7+3 "at the first stop and stayed in other provinces for more than 3 days, refer to those who entered Guizhou from other provinces, and implement various control measures at different levels. (Persons returning to Guizhou from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province are controlled by overseas personnel; According to the principle of "epidemic prevention first, then disposal", illegal stowaways are controlled in comparison with those who return to Guizhou from abroad. )
