1. The employer logs into the declaration system for registration;
2. The employer fills in and submits the "Declaration Form" online;
3, safety supervision department for examination and filing;
4. The employer shall print the Declaration Form, sign and seal it, and submit it to the local safety supervision department as required.
5. After receiving the paper application form submitted by the employer, the safety supervision department shall, within 5 working days, issue the Receipt of Occupational Hazards Project Declaration for the employer (see Annex 2, which can be printed in the declaration system), and classify the application form into the occupational hazards project management file.
