1. The main task is to face all students, adhere to the principles of orientation, mass, health and education, give full play to the role of manpower, financial resources and material resources, carry out school sports activities in an organized, purposeful and planned way, promote students' physical and mental development, and effectively complete school sports tasks.

Contents: Specifically, it includes formulating and implementing school sports work plan, organizing, guiding and inspecting physical education teaching, extracurricular activities and mass sports activities, regularly measuring and evaluating students' physique and sports skills, mastering students' physique development, strengthening the construction of physical education teachers, managing school sports funds, facilities and equipment, and organizing sports scientific research.
3. School physical education is an integral part of the whole school education. It refers to the educational activities that exert influence on the educated purposefully, planned and organized to promote their healthy physical and mental development through physical exercise and health care in an environment dominated by school education. Physical education and health course is a compulsory course with physical exercise as the main means and improving students' health as the main purpose.
