Baby milk powder, eggs, egg beater, paper bag, oil-absorbing paper, oven, pots and pans, etc.
The process of making dissolved beans
1. Select 4-6 fresh and high-quality eggs, and then separate the protein from the yolk, leaving the yolk for later use;
2. Stir the yolk quickly in one direction with an egg beater. When the yolk becomes thick, white and sticky, it is enough.
3. Take 6-8 spoonfuls of infant formula milk powder and mix it with the stirred egg yolk; Formula milk powder can also be increased or decreased according to specific conditions.
4. Stir the mixture of egg yolk and milk powder with chopsticks or other tools and mix well; You can't use a blender in this step, otherwise the egg yolk formed will be easy to defoam;
5. Put the stirred mixture of egg yolk and milk powder into the paper bag, and cut a small hole at the front end of the paper bag with scissors; This hole is actually small, as long as it can ensure the smooth extrusion of the mixture of egg yolk and milk powder;
6. Pull out the tray in the oven, spread the oil-absorbing paper on the tray in the oven, then squeeze the paper bag, and control the squeezing amount each time to avoid that the dissolved beans are too large to ripen easily due to too large squeezing amount;
7. Preheat the oven at 100 degree, fully squeeze and put the tray on the shelf of the oven for baking; 100 degree temperature, 12- 15 minutes can be cooked; The temperature is not easy to be too high, otherwise it is easy to paste; If the temperature is too low, it is not easy to form dissolved beans;
8. After the oven stops fire, take out the dissolved beans and seal them while they are hot, otherwise it will be easy to regain moisture and affect the taste; Under normal circumstances, the amount of dissolved beans can be controlled in 3-5 days, and too long time will also affect the taste and nutrition of dissolved beans;
Precautions:
1, in the choice of infant formula, the first stage is the best, followed by the second stage, and the third stage is not recommended;
2. The reason why only the yolk part of the egg is selected is to avoid the allergic reaction that the baby may have to protein;
3. Some parents will add sugar in the process of making dissolved beans, thinking that this can increase the sweetness of dissolved beans and make babies like to eat. In fact, adding sugar is not good for the baby. It is better to eat less before the age of 2.
4. Although the self-made dissolved beans can satisfy a mother's great vanity, compared with the commercially available organic dissolved bean BabyGourmet, the self-made dissolved beans are inferior in both nutrition and taste. It is ok to eat occasionally, but if you want your baby to grow better, it is recommended to buy finished products to dissolve beans;
