How to apply for a health certificate?
1, processing location. Health certificates are generally handled in local centers for disease control and prevention or other approved medical and health institutions.
2. Processing time. It is usually Monday to Friday morning, except holidays.
3, on an empty stomach. Don't eat in the morning of physical examination, try not to drink water or drink a small amount of mineral water.
4. Bring your ID card and money. (Where there is no electronic camera, two photos of 1 inch are required).
5. Sign up, pay fees, queue up to participate in medical examination items (blood test, internal medicine, surgery, chest X-ray, stool examination) and wait for the medical examination results.

Health certificate processing flow
The health certificate shall go to the health examination unit for preventive health examination according to the list of personnel determined by the health supervision institution, and uniformly use the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Preventive Health Checklist" formulated by the Ministry of Health.
