1. Please upgrade the bracelet and Huawei Health App to the latest version;
2. Please make sure that the bracelet and the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone are turned on;
3. Please turn on the mobile phone GPS switch, and open Huawei Health App in the mobile phone settings to obtain location permissions;
4. Open Huawei Health App to see if it can connect automatically. If you can connect automatically, it is generally caused by Huawei Health App not working normally in the background of the mobile phone. Android phones need to add Huawei Health App to the protected background application. If Huawei Health App has other restrictions, please delete it.
5. If you can't automatically reconnect after opening Huawei Health App, please click Reconnect on the device details page of the current bracelet to reconnect.
If you can't reconnect, please try the following methods:
1) Restart the Bluetooth connection of the mobile phone;
2) Restart the bracelet and reconnect it;
3) Restart the phone and reconnect.
4) Turn on the switch of the real-time push step in Huawei Health App- My-Settings-Message Management to reduce the probability that Huawei Health App will be cleaned up by the mobile phone system when running in the background;
5) Re-pair the connection after unbinding Huawei Health App.
6. If the above methods cannot be solved, please restore the bracelet to the factory settings and check whether the paired bracelet still exists in the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. If yes, please delete the pairing information and re-pair.
