How much do healthy people drink every day?
According to the recommendations of the Bureau of Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health and the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the daily alcohol consumption of healthy adult males should not exceed 25g, equivalent to 750ml of beer, 250ml of wine, or 75g of 38-degree liquor, or 50g of highly alcoholic liquor, equivalent to 450ml of beer, wine 150ml, or 50g of 38-degree liquor.
