Bamboo salt is a substance extracted by putting sun-dried salt into three-year-old bamboo, sealing both ends with natural loess, and burning pine trees at a high temperature of 1000℃ ~ 1300℃.
Production mode of bamboo salt:
The calcination temperature of bamboo salt is as high as 700- 1300℃. At this temperature, the organic matter will completely merge, leaving only inorganic matter. Bamboo salt is actually another form of "crude salt". It is pointed out that the calcined bamboo salt may contain some other minerals, and it is found that the contents of trace elements and mineral components such as manganese, calcium, zinc, iron and sulfur in bamboo salt are higher than those in pure salt or original salt.
This accords with the material balance in chemistry. Bamboo and loess contain more of these components, which eventually enter the salt to form bamboo salt after calcination.
