The main insurance of Million Amway Insurance can bear the responsibility of paying for nursing insurance, illness death insurance and health maintenance insurance. The additional insurance of Million Amway Insurance can bear the liability of compensation for general accidental death or total disability insurance, self-driving accidental death or total disability insurance, land and water traffic accidental death or total disability insurance, aviation accidental death or total disability insurance.

In case of an insurance accident caused by one of the following circumstances, the Company shall not be liable for paying insurance benefits: 1) The applicant intentionally kills or intentionally hurts the insured; 2) The insured intentionally injures himself, intentionally commits a crime or resists criminal compulsory measures taken according to law; 3) The insured commits suicide within 2 years from the date of the establishment of this contract or the restoration of this contract, except that the insured commits suicide as a person without civil capacity; 4) The insured suffers from hereditary disease, congenital malformation, deformation or chromosomal abnormality; 5) The insured engages in high-risk activities such as diving, water skiing, rafting, skydiving, rock climbing, bungee jumping, glider driving, exploration, wrestling, boxing, martial arts, stunts, horse racing and car racing; 6) War, military conflict, riot or armed rebellion; 7) Nuclear explosion, nuclear radiation or nuclear pollution. The Company will not be responsible for paying the insurance money if the insured has an insurance accident during the following periods: 1) Drunk, taking drugs or voluntarily injecting drugs; 2) Drunk driving, driving without a valid driver's license, driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license; 3) Infected with HIV or suffering from AIDS. Among them, the "self-driving" in PICC Million Amway Insurance refers to private cars, rented cars for non-commercial operation and official or business vehicles of the company. When the insured is driving or riding these three cars, he can get corresponding compensation if he dies unfortunately or has a total disability accident.
