What are the common discomforts of flying?

Airsickness, like carsickness and seasickness, is medically called carsickness. The symptoms of airsickness vary from person to person. Mild symptoms are head error, slight discomfort, chest tightness and blushing. In severe cases, the face is pale and blue, with headache and palpitation, indifferent expression and slight sweating. More serious will appear night sweats, dizziness, nausea, vomiting and other unbearable pain. There are many factors that cause airsickness, such as bumps, take-off, climbing, descending, landing, turning, nervousness, physical discomfort and excessive fatigue.

Normal healthy people and people with mild airsickness will not get airsick when they take a modern large passenger plane above MD-82. Patients with severe airsickness can take the following measures to prevent airsickness.

Method:

1. The night before the flight, ensure adequate sleep and rest, and be energetic the next day. It should be taken orally 1 hour before the plane takes off, at least half an hour in advance.

2. Try to choose a seat far away from the engine and close to the window, which can reduce noise and broaden your horizons.

Do some concentrated things and activities in the air during the day. Such as reading, chatting and listening to music.

4. It is very important to keep the spatial orientation. Look at the clouds in the distance, the mountains in the distance, the rivers in the distance as far as possible, and don't look at the clouds nearby.
